Environmental assessment, including scoping, management, development, technical review, and regulatory engagement, with a constant focus on maximizing likelihood of project approval and economic feasibility.
Meaningful and productive engagement of Indigenous, government and community stakeholders
Post-assessment permitting and licensing including the development of water licence and fisheries authorization or advice applications.
Designing practical, focused and successful environmental monitoring programs. Developing and managing the execution of plans and standard operating procedures related to management of water, aquatic life, spill response and contingency, waste, fuel, hazardous materials, air quality, and wildlife.
Reporting on compliance and effects monitoring programs related to indigenous authorizations and agreements, water licences, project certificates, fisheries authorizations, and land use permits and leases.
Collaborating with Indigenous stakeholders, regulatory bodies, inspectors and community members on project practice improvement, development of adaptive management or monitoring procedures, communication of results and building project support.
